Dental SEO Pricing · UK Practices Only

Dental SEO Pricing For UK Dentists

What you pay for dental SEO depends on three things: how competitive your area is, how many treatments you want to be found for, and whether you’re one practice or several. A single site in a quiet town needs far less than a group competing in London. Whether you need local visibility, technical fixes, or a full campaign across every treatment, every plan is listed below with exactly what’s included, so you know what you’d be paying for before you speak to anyone.

  • Prices Listed Upfront
  • No Setup Fees
  • No Lock-In Contracts

What Changes the Price

Why dental SEO cost more for some practices than others

Same work, different price, and there’s a reason for it. Three things decide where your practice lands.

What affects your price:

  • How competitive is your area
  • How many treatments do you want to rank
  • Whether you’re one practice or several

This is why “how much is dental SEO” has no single answer, and why we won’t quote before we’ve looked. The free audit tells us exactly which of these apply to you.

Your competition

Ranking in a London borough with 200 practices takes far more work than a market town with six. The busier your area, the more it takes to be seen.

How many treatments

Ranking for implants, Invisalign, and veneers means three sets of pages, not one. More treatments to win, more pages to build.

One site or several

Every location needs its own pages and its own Google Business Profile. A group isn’t one campaign; it’s several running at once.

Why is it different

Is dental SEO worth it for your practice?

Fair question, and the answer is just arithmetic. Work out what one new patient is worth to you, then put it next to the monthly fee. For most practices, the sums stop being a debate quite quickly.

One implant case

A single implant case is often worth £2,000 or more to a practice. That one patient covers six months of Local Foundations.

Three Invisalign cases

Invisalign typically runs £3,500 to £5,000 a case. Three of them cover a full year of Practice Growth.

Everything after that

Rankings don’t stop the month you stop paying for them. The pages keep working, and the patients keep arriving. Every case after break-even is a margin.

The real question isn’t whether SEO is expensive. It’s whether it brings back more than it costs. If it doesn’t, it isn’t working, and you should see that in your monthly report long before you’ve wasted a year.

What you won’t be charged for

Most of what makes agency pricing feel dishonest isn’t the fee. It’s everything that appears afterwards. Here’s what never will.

Included

  • No setup fees. The price you see is the price you pay, from month one.
  • No lock-in contracts. Stay because it’s working, not because you signed something.
  • No holding your assets. Your site, content, listings, and logins are yours. Leave whenever, take everything.
  • No quote games. The price doesn’t change based on how busy your practice looks. That’s the approach taken by our Dental SEO Consultant.

Frequently Asked Questions

Across the UK, dental SEO runs from about £300 to £5,000 a month. Ours sits between £300 and £2,000+, depending on whether you need local visibility only, a full campaign across your treatments, or coverage across several locations. Every plan is listed above, in full.

Most single practices land on our £850 plan, which covers treatment pages, technical SEO, content, and compliance checks. If you only need to be found locally, £300 does that properly. Above £850 you’re usually paying for a competitive city or several locations.

The £300 plan is local visibility only: your Google Business Profile, citations, and local rankings. It won’t build treatment pages or fix your website. The £850 plan does both, which is what most practices need to compete for implants and Invisalign. We’d rather sell you the £300 plan that fits than the £850 one that doesn’t.

It depends on what they promise. A small plan that’s honest about being small is fine; that’s what our £300 tier is. What wastes your money is any package claiming “full SEO” at that price, because nobody can write custom content, fix technical issues, and check compliance for it.

Because the work is monthly. Rankings need ongoing content, technical upkeep, and citation building, and your competitors don’t stop either. One-off projects give you a lift that fades. The compounding only happens when the work continues.

The industry standard is a three-month initial commitment, then month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. Anyone demanding 12 months upfront with cancellation penalties is protecting their revenue, not your results. We don’t use lock-ins at all.

Ads are faster, not cheaper. Dental keywords are among the most expensive in local search, and the moment you stop paying, the enquiries stop with them. SEO costs more upfront and far less over time, because rankings keep working after the invoice does. Many practices run both.

It depends on your capacity. One implant case at £2,000 or more covers six months of our £300 plan. Three Invisalign cases cover a full year at £850. If your chairs are already full with a waiting list, it isn’t the right spend, and we’ll say so.

Not sure which plan fits your practice?

Most practices guess, and guess wrong. Some pay for a full campaign when local visibility was all they needed. Others sit on the small plan while competitors take their implant cases.
Book a free SEO audit and we’ll tell you which plan actually fits, based on your competition, your treatments, and where you’re losing patients right now. If that’s the £300 plan, we’ll say so. If SEO isn’t right for your practice yet, we’ll say that too.
